On 20 April 1840, a feral boy appeared in the streets of Last Chance, Nevada. He carried a letter with him addressed to the Postmaster. The letter stated that the boy would like to be a footbiker “as his father was,” and invited the Postmaster to either take him in, give him a mail-route or hang him. He claimed to have been raised by weasels and could ride two footbikes at once. Click on the pic for a larger version.
