Cleveland Plain Dealer: Kickbike is a workout

Kickbike Sport MaxZachary Lewis, in his Healthy Living and Medical Consumer News column, is impressed by the Kickbike, even if the peanut gallery isn’t:

But if seven minutes [per mile] seems slow, remember: Kickbiking is strenuous. To get a comparable workout on a regular bike, you’d have to ride nothing but hills.

All the benefits of cycling in half the time. Not bad. Not to mention the small matter of spectators. The less time you’re out there, the fewer opportunities people have to make fun.
