Rodger KnightKickbike Ontario‘s Rodger Knight has placed another article in the MSM on the joys and benefits of footbiking.

“It’s a low-impact, good cardio workout that uses your major muscles – glutes, quads and core,” he says of the activity that is estimated to burn 820 calories an hour for a 165-pound person travelling at a moderate speed of 18 km/h.
