‘Old 99′ is for sale in Nags Head

The price tag says “Folk Art Scooter -49″ but the handlebar riser says “American Eagle | 99 | AAA of Virginia – $500/Car Theft Reward.”
This terrific scooter is on sale for the measly sum of $49 at The Antique Mall in Nags Head. It’s a red, white and blue, bottlecap-encrusted, wooden gem with 4 skateboard trucks, a (slightly bent and broken) rear reflector and “American Eagle” and AAA of Virginia badges. I have half a mind to buy it! (No cracks, please.)
